Dog Likes Pulling and Rushing Outside? Three Steps Learn Heeling!

Dog's Accompanying Training and Corrective Method of "Dog Walking"

I have a black lesbian, and I have a dog that is used to pulling people. Every time I go outside, my curiosity is bursting. One of my girls is almost dragged by him every day!

tried many methods. After three months of training, I can finally enjoy the sunny and quiet dog walking days!

this time I will share with you several effective methods I have tested!

Walking a dog is a technical job! Especially for parents who keep medium and large dogs, if the dog is pulled seriously, the parents cannot control it at all.

so it is necessary to cultivate good accompanying habits for dogs from childhood ~

The three steps of the accompanying training (with training video)

STEP1:

Prepare food in the palm of your hand and let the dog sit on the left side of the person first.

STEP3:

from one step to multiple steps, guide the dog to follow the owner to walk, people stop, the dog should be able to sit down.

* In this process, we should continue to reward the dog, let it understand that there is a reward to follow people ~ slowly can form a good accompanying habit!

Speaking of which, many parents will ask: how can my dog solve the problem of pulling people?!

share below, dog walking correction method

Dog walking three tips to correct people

* PLAN A:

when a dog pulls a person, the owner must not follow the direction of the dog. he must stay where he is and make a sound to attract the dog. when the dog approaches the owner, he will give the dog food (or toys) as a reward.

* PLAN B:
when the dog exceeds a person, it will go in the opposite direction instantly. repeat it several times, and the dog will know that it is going to follow its owner.

* PLAN C:
when the dog is ahead, the parents say "slow" first, and then use the leash to give the dog a force backward and downward. later, the dog will know that if it says "slow", it will walk slowly.

* The dog can follow the owner. When the attention is on the owner, the dog must be rewarded (verbal praise or food reward)
