At that time, it coincided with August. The doctor did not recommend doing it in summer. Let me wait another 2 months. Autumn is more conducive to wound recovery. So ki ma waited another 2 months and made an appointment for the first morning of the first day of the National Day holiday. At that time, we all had a holiday at home, making it easier to take care of kiki after the operation.

Preoperative preparation

1. A few days before sterilization, I chose a sunny day and bathed kiki. I could not bathe for a few weeks after sterilization, because the wound could not touch water. Be careful not to catch cold when bathing.

2, preoperative fasting water 6-8 hours, so as to avoid intraoperative or postoperative vomiting foreign body, choking into the respiratory tract.

Kiki had dinner at 18 o'clock the day before, and at 24 o'clock for the first time that day, his father and I woke Kiki up and fed him some cans and water until 8 hours before the next day, fasting and banning water.

3. Take kiki outside for a walk early in the morning of sterilization to defecate.

Note: If the dog is unwell or is in estrus, the sterilization is postponed.

Carried items

1. Elizabeth circle should be worn all the time after operation to prevent pets from licking the wound and causing the wound to collapse.

2. Out of the box, kiki was weak after the operation, and the effect of the anesthetic was not fully faded, which made kiki have no strength to step on the ground. Therefore, preparing the out of the box and taking kiki home can also make kiki rest in it. Of course, parents can also hold it all the way, but it is easy to touch the wound.

3. Training and guiding urine pad. Kiki's postoperative wound is stitched but not bandaged. Only gauze is used to slightly block the wound, and there will be a small amount of blood exudation. A layer of urine pad is laid in the outer box, which increases the softness of the box bottom to a certain extent, and can also absorb exudation of colored liquids such as blood, iodophor, etc.

You cannot leave the hospital immediately after sterilization. You should wait in the observation area to see if the dog has any adverse symptoms. You can not leave until the anesthetic fades and the dog wakes up. Depending on the dog's body size, individual differences, anesthetic dosage, etc., you should wait for about 30-60 minutes. During this period, it is recommended to prepare the following items:
