What is the vaccine?
1 Inactivated vaccine

Attenuated live vaccine

After entering the body, it will reproduce naturally, which can stimulate the body's lasting immunity to pathogens.

Why can vaccines only be stored at low temperature?
Vaccines are essentially microorganisms or proteins, which are very strict with the environment, especially sensitive to temperature. Microorganisms will die because of temperature changes, protein will be denatured with temperature changes, just like eggs are liquid when they are raw, and become solid when they are cooked, denatured protein is definitely not what we need.

die? Wrong! Inanimate bacteria or viruses are corpses, whose proteins will degrade and melt at high temperatures, and naturally have no immune activity.
In a word, when the temperature changes, the vaccine is not a vaccine and can not be injected.
Why do vaccines need to be injected at fixed intervals?
After the dog is vaccinated, the body needs to produce antibodies. Antibodies are the small guards that the body produces to resist the virus. They remember the appearance of the virus injected into the body. If they encounter these viruses again, they can quickly identify and catch the virus, so as to achieve the effect of resisting infectious diseases.

If antibodies are produced after the first vaccination, but the second vaccination is given in a short period of time, the antibody level in the dog's body is higher at this time, and the vaccine injected later will be neutralized by the antibodies that have been produced, which will not achieve the effect of secondary stimulation; and if the interval is too long, the memory of the immune system will fade and the effect of secondary stimulation will not be achieved. So the interval between vaccinations is fixed.
