How many ways are there to repel insects?
Dog deworming is mainly divided into internal deworming and external deworming. Internal deworming is mainly to help dogs excrete the parasites in their stomachs through feces, just like when we were young, we took worming medicine. External deworming is to drop liquid deworming medicine on the pet's body to repel some parasites on the surface of the dog's fur.
Why do you want to give the dog baby deworming?
As long as it is a living thing, there will be parasites, and we humans will have mites when we take a bath every day, not to mention dogs who go out every day. Deworming is the most direct and effective way for dogs not to be infected by parasites, and it can prevent zoonotic problems. Deworming is very necessary. If the positive argument doesn't convince me to deworm dogs regularly, let me argue the negative argument about what happens to dogs if they don't get dewormed.
If your dog has a strong appetite, but does not get fat, it means that there are worms in your dog's body. When we were young, we should all have the experience of being fed worming medicine by our parents, and after eating it, we would discharge white roundworms. Why do you take worming medicine? It's because your parents think you don't like to eat, or you can't get fat. The same is true of dogs. If there are too many insects in dogs, it will greatly affect their physical development. Other people's dogs are tall and strong, and ours can't be thin and small, so deworming is very important.
If you find that your dog is always shaking his body, scratching with his paws and biting with his mouth at home, your dog has parasites. At this time, you will find that they will bite and scratch their skin very hard, because they are too itchy, just like when you are bitten by mosquitoes in summer, do you scratch yourself unconsciously? Therefore, in order to prevent the dog's skin from being damaged and to live a comfortable life, it is important to deworm.
How to expel insects?
Through some argumentation, I believe that everyone has recognized the importance of deworming pets. Next, I will share how to deworm a dog!
First of all, we should choose a suitable, safe, reliable and effective internal anthelmintic. I personally recommend Bayer for internal deworming.
Then to determine the dosage, we need to give the dog the dosage according to the drug instructions. Dogs with different weights eat different amounts. For example, Bayer's instructions are to eat one tablet for every 10 kilograms of dog, so my spotted dog Ram 40 kilograms, so eat two tablets; Schnauzer marinated egg 15 kilograms, eat three quarters tablets. Each of Bayer's tablets is crisscrossed and can be easily broken into four pieces for easy dosage calculation. Of course, we don't have to be so serious. We have to follow the dosage a little more. As long as it's not too much, it's no problem.
Finally, how to let the dog take the medicine into his stomach. You can try to feed it directly, just like a snack. Of course, most dogs will not give in so easily. If they can eat the pills so smoothly, congratulations, you are a lucky owner. I have tried two ways for my dog, one is to put it in the dog food bowl and mix it with the dog food, but the effect is not good, they will leave the pills at the end. Another is compulsory feeding. Break the dog's mouth open, then put the tablets into his throat, hold the dog's mouth closed for a while, and you can see that it's OK for him to swallow.
After dogs are dewormed, we need to watch their feces to see if there are any worms excreted. Marinated egg have taken anthelmintic since childhood, but not a single worm has been found. The first time Ram took worming medicine was when he was four months old. After eating it, he pulled out a lot of white worms, which were still interlaced in the feces. In this case, you need to give the dog another dose of medicine to help him get rid of the worms.
The same is true of external deworming. First of all, choose effective, safe and reliable external deworming drugs. Drops are generally used for external anthelmintic. My choice is Freon External Deworming Drops.
Secondly, also refer to the dosage of the instructions for use for dogs. Fulaien is divided into three packages: small dogs, medium dogs and large dogs. Marinated egg uses a small dog pack and Ram uses a medium dog pack. There is no difference in the ingredients of the medicine, but the amount of each one is different. Just use one at a time.
Finally, put the drops on the pet's body. It is recommended that the drops be placed on the back of the dog's neck, because this position is not easy for them to lick with their mouths. They can be dropped vertically. We need to remove their thick hair, and then drop the drops directly on the skin, which helps the penetration and diffusion of the drug.
Deworming time
Deworming intervals are also phased. Generally speaking, it is recommended that dogs be dewormed once a month when they are young (6 months ago). At this time, dogs'resistance and skin resistance are not so perfect, so it is just right to do internal and external deworming once a month. From 6 months to 1 year old, we can deworm once every three months. After one year old, the dog has fully developed and its resistance has increased. At this time, we can choose to deworm once every six months. Internal and external deworming can be carried out at the same time. It should be noted that dogs can not bathe within a week after internal and external deworming.
