Clinical examination
After the examination of the emergency doctor, it was found that Dian Dian was unconscious, the color of the mucosa was normal, the CRT was normal, the heart rate was 120, the respiration was 40, and there was no obvious abnormality in the heart and lung auscultation. The limbs were curled up, the head and neck were tilted to the right and upward, the pupils on both sides were narrow, and there was no reflex. 2 MRI magnetic resonance examination
No obvious fracture or dislocation was found by DR imaging and X-ray examination, and the doctor recommended MRI examination of the head to detect the presence of brain contusion.
3 Imaging examination
The imaging report showed that a little bit of chronic disc degeneration was found, which showed the loss of original signal and corresponding density in the intervertebral space in the image.
